Our products ship within 1-5 business days. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Once your package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Stella Jane and CO. are under no circumstances liable for any lost or stolen packages once we have dropped them off with the shipping carrier and they start to track. Once tracked with the shipping carrier we can not replace or refund for the items. If your tracking shows your package is delivered but you don't have it please contact your local post office (not the 800 number) they can assist you in locating your package whereabouts.. We do not contact the postal carrier for you. We do not offer any refunds due to lost or stolen items.
International Shipping: Your package may not track once it leaves the US postal system. When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, Shipping times vary by country though may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped and will not refund or replace any lost or stolen items. We DO NOT contact any postal carriers on the whereabouts of packages customer need to do so.
Returns
Due to the handmade to order nature of our products we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Make sure to follow our size guide when ordering to ensure you get the right fit.
If you are sent a defective item please contact us within 3 days of receiving so we can send out a replacement.
